No Shipping Policy

River City Candy Company does not offer shipping at this time. We do not ship products via mail, courier, or freight services.

Local Delivery – Quad City Area Only

We offer local delivery within the Quad City Area for a delivery fee.

Delivery Details:

  • Delivery is available only to customers located within the Quad City Area

  • A delivery fee will apply and will be disclosed at the time of order

  • Delivery schedules and timeframes may vary based on order volume and availability

  • Someone must be available to receive the order at the delivery location

If your address falls outside our delivery area, delivery will not be available.

In-Store Purchase Option

If you are outside the Quad City Area or prefer not to use local delivery, you may purchase our products in person at:

East Moline, Illinois

Availability may vary by location and product.

Order Accuracy

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact information are accurate when placing your order. River City Candy Company is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Failed or Missed Deliveries

If delivery is attempted and no one is available to receive the order, additional delivery fees may apply or the order may need to be rescheduled at our discretion.
